Oroshi sauce is a traditional Japanese dipping sauce made from soy sauce and grated mooli radish, plus other assorted seasonings. This is a very versatile sauce that can be used in many ways, but is normally used as a tenderiser, or as a dipping sauce and condiment for grilled meats and vegetables.
