• How do I taste
Raw: translucent, bright red appearance; luxurious smooth melt-in-the-mouth texture; mild, “clean”, sweet sea flavour.
• How to keep me
Store in freezer (-18C or colder) for not longer than about 3-6 months. For best quality, defrost slowly overnight in refrigerator and consume immediately. If store chilled - in ice (0-3C). Consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze.
• Recommended Cooking
Sashimi style - thin slices served with soy sauce and wasabi. Sushi style with vinegared rice. Or, portions pan-seared on the outside leaving the middle of the fish raw.
